Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Grey Bandit finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size or receive a digital gift card for store credit.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items. Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Your Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your store credit will be issued via email within 5-7 business days.
