When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, please allow up to 5 business days for your tracking information to update.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page features a specific size guide. Since we curate items from various designers, we recommend checking the 'Fit & Style' notes for details on whether an item runs true to size, small, or oversized.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we have a very limited window to make changes. Please contact our support team immediately, and we will do our best to assist you before the order is processed.
